A fundraiser concert by Lamphouse Music was held in Abbey Church on 3rd April, with proceeds to our local RNLI Lifeboat Station. A well-filled church heard a fascinating talk about the history of the Lifeboat by local historian Ailsa Fortune. This was followed by a one-hour classical recital by the musicians.
On the 200th anniversary of the RNLI, a cheque for over £1,100 was presented to North Berwick Lifeboat station by Lamphouse Music following a very successful concert in Abbey Church.
