'Spreading the Word' - To share the good news in our parish, by:

• undertaking initiatives in local mission and evangelism
• following up contacts made through weddings, baptisms and funerals
• encouraging work with young people and their families
• communicating the work of Abbey Church through notices, newsletters, leaflet distribution and the web
